What is the Wind Cave Bison Sketch T-Shirt?

About Wind Cave National Park
Wind Cave is in the southern Black Hills, about 11 miles north of Hot Springs, South Dakota. It became the seventh national park in the United States on January 9, 1903, when Theodore Roosevelt signed the designation. It was the first national park established specifically to protect a cave.
The cave has approximately 161 miles of surveyed passages, making it one of the longest in the world. Its defining geological feature is boxwork: honeycomb-patterned calcite fins covering the walls. Wind Cave holds an estimated 95% of the world’s known boxwork. The cave was discovered in 1881 by Tom and Jesse Bingham, who heard wind whistling from a small opening in the ground.
Above ground, the park manages a free-roaming bison herd descended from 14 animals transferred from the Bronx Zoo in 1913. That herd is one of the earliest bison restoration efforts in North America.
