What it is

About the design

About the site
Wind Cave holds about 161 miles of surveyed passage and an estimated 95% of the world’s known boxwork, the honeycomb calcite fins that line many of its walls. Rangers lead lit walking tours through these passages year round, the experience this photo captures.
