Explore the Great Plains

The National Grasslands Visitor Center is the only visitor center for all twenty Forest Service National Grasslands! It invites visitors to learn more about the grasslands that make up the Great Plains through interpretive displays, hands-on-activities for kids, a short film, and a mixed grass native plant garden outside. Located in Wall, SD off of I90, its a must stop if you are driving through! We have been partners with The National Grasslands Visitor Center since 2008.
