Hard to believe fall is in the air! As you will find out in this newsletter, it has been a very busy summer season for BHPFA as an organization and our team. From a plethora of programs to purchases with a purpose, BHPFA has something for just about everyone!

This fall is going to be almost as busy as the summer, so make sure you have our new website bookmarked at blackhillsparks.org and you make it a habit to check out the events calendar on a weekly basis. While on the site, check out our online store and shop for family and friends – our products make great gifts – and remember to use your member discount.

Our supporters are our greatest asset, and you are all very much appreciated! I hope that you find value in this newsletter and all of our correspondence with you. We are also gearing up for a capital campaign to create an amazing new campus in Custer with indoor and outdoor program space, a cool new store and consolidated offices for our team. More to come on that soon! It is a very exciting time for BHPFA as we prepare to celebrate 80 years of supporting our public land partners in 2026 and we are so happy to have you celebrating with us!!
