Hear national park landscapes come alive through guitar and sound at Jewel Cave National Monument.
Musician and composer David Boye performs original instrumental guitar music built around recordings of natural sounds he gathered while traveling through parks across the United States. Music Inspired by Our National Parks brings those compositions and wilderness recordings together to evoke the spirit of the American West.
Boye has served as an Artist-in-Residence at Glen Canyon National Recreation Area and North Cascades National Park. Jewel Cave National Monument is about 13 miles west of Custer on U.S. Highway 16. For current visitor information, call 605-673-8300 or visit nps.gov/jeca.
